HOW TO ENGAGE THE POWER OF YOUR THOUGHTS




 Our thoughts provide us the most power we've ever had.


There is an Intelligence within every one of us that may assist us in making the most of our life.




Everyone should learn to work with this Intelligence because it is designed to meet our needs and to help us co-create a full and fulfilling existence along with it.


Inheriting all of these blessings from our parents is part of our birthright.


We were intended to live in a situation of abundance, including freedom, good health, and financial security. What appears to be a lack of harmony in our lives is due to the tension created by our ideas. Our thoughts are extraordinarily powerful instruments, and we can use them to generate both happiness and wealth, as well as disease and a bleak future for ourselves.




Your life isn't turning out the way you want it to due of your conflicting thoughts. Your thoughts have a profound impact on your daily activities. Changing your life begins with altering your mindset.




You get to pick and choose the ideas you want to consider. Without your permission, no one on the planet has the right to put an idea into your head. You have every right over your thoughts. Keeping your thoughts in check is entirely up to you! You are in charge of what goes on in your head, and you have complete control over it. You're in a position to sway their decisions. Make a mental note of the concepts that will assist you in achieving your objectives.




Always choose your battles and avoid putting yourself in a position you'd rather not be in.




The best advice I can provide is this: "never entertain thoughts that you do not want to come true," and repeat it after me until it sinks in.




When it comes to negative self-perceptions, the saying goes, "Don't believe it until it becomes true." If you don't want to be called an idiot, don't think of yourself as one. In order to avoid becoming obese, you must stop seeing yourself as obese right now. Don't think about losing your boyfriend or girlfriend if you do not want to.




Instead of thinking thoughts that will harm you, think thoughts that will benefit you. If you have faith in your own abilities, you will succeed. Choose to see yourself as beautiful, and you'll see your light shine brightly! You will be loved if you choose to believe that you are.




Thoughts are formed of energy, just like everything else. Each thought involves the same amount of energy. You can either think thoughts that drain your energy or think things that give you more.




See? It's right there! Maybe you'll go so far as to say it's all in your head! Your feelings and actions are influenced by your thinking. Every action and emotion is preceded by a mental process.




If you want to imagine yourself being choked or paralyzed by thoughts, you can.


It's simple to keep track of your thoughts and pick and choose the ones you want to focus on. Simply going out and being alert is all that's required.


You will have complete control over your life once you learn how to regulate your ideas.


For the time being, if checking your thoughts is too difficult, start by paying attention to what comes out of your tongue. You should never, ever say anything again that you don't want people to hear you say. Do not wish this on anyone else if you don't want it to happen to you. Pay attention to how you say things and what's going on in your head so you can learn how to be the architect of your own life.


You are self-sufficient and don't need anyone else to live. It's all up to your ability to maintain mental control over your thoughts.
