HOW TO BE ACCEPTED IN YOUR SOCIETY

To begin with, I was curious as to when someone starts yearning for acceptance.

Is it when we were born?

Is it the first time we feel the pain of rejection?

If so, does it happen when we begin to be tested in sports?

Is it when we give in to 'peer pressure,' which is a hot topic these days?

If we're lucky, this will happen when we're in a relationship.

The first day of a new job, perhaps?

If so, is it when we add a new member to our family?

The answer to this question depends on where we're moving to.

Is it when we release our first book that we reach this milestone?

In my opinion, it is a combination of all of the aforementioned; when people want acceptance, they will do anything to get it.

Athletes and bodybuilders will do anything to gain an advantage, including taking performance-enhancing drugs.

Every fibre of our being yearns for our mate's approval when we fall in love.

To please their readers, authors will put in long hours of writing and go to great lengths to get their work published.

A desire to be nurtured as one who truly belongs arises when a new family member is added, whether it is through marriage or adoption.

We need to fit in to be able to relax and give our all at work when starting a new job.

Becoming accepted and fitting in is crucial for us when we relocate to another country, city, or even a new neighborhood.

We must not overlook the influence of 'Peer Pressure.' As a result of their fluctuating hormone levels and heightened emotional sensitivity, adolescents just starting high school bear the brunt of this burden the most. They've been dealing with these fears for a year, and now they have to face the reality of them. To be accepted by their peers, they must first be able to fit in.

When we're little, we want nothing more than to be loved and accepted by our parents.

Rejection hurts like a knife when it happens for the first time. It scars us for the rest of our lives, leaving us permanently scarred.

All of these issues, wants, and needs are present in everyone who is conscious of them. Acceptance is something that some of us crave more than others. In some cases, we become fixated on being accepted and will do anything to achieve it.

Is there any place in today's post where I used the word "self-esteem"? In fact, every sentence contains it. Because our self-esteem is affected by our need for acceptance, our emotional stability suffers as a result. This is where feelings of jealousy, worry, and anxiety begin to emerge. That other mind has so much control over your life if you've ever felt unaccepted or had low self-esteem because you know how much control you have over worry.

Lack of self-worth and rejection are symptoms of 'another mind,' and they feel diametrically opposed. A good devil and bad devil scenario comes to mind. A prisoner's life is miserable because in addition to having to balance two minds, he or she feels guilty when they see the results of their mental battle and how it affects those around them. A person's misery is compounded further when confronted with unending questions, as I discuss in my blog FEELINGS!!!!

Please try to be more patient and understand that they are not having a picnic if you say "stop it" or "just don't think about it." If you know someone who suffers from low self-esteem or non-acceptance issues, hug them and try to be more patient and understanding. We all require encouragement and understanding in order to get through the dark times. It never helps to kick someone when they're down to get back up.

Through my website and blog, I'm doing everything I can to raise awareness about low self-esteem and show people how serious it can be. Please feel free to ask any questions or leave a comment if you have any. I will do my best to answer them. To begin with, I was curious as to when someone starts yearning for acceptance.
